The company I definitely agree doesn't have the money to fix up the track. I know the track is in poor condition but isn't it still usuable in its current state. I do know they are using it so we can definitly use it and fix up as we go. It has been stated that there is an investor with 1 million ready to invest if we get the track, could be true we all know the track was a money making deal in the past. No of us no what truely to believe, do I think Mr Swank is a crook, No do I think he is way over his head, Yes! I not here to argue or pump this stock, all I know is if we get this track I think all of us will be in a good position and if we don't get the track, say goodbye to your money because this company will have to keep selling shares to stay afloat and soon will increase the AS to keep selling.
