S4, if I may, I would like to provide some honest speculations to your poignant questions. Ofcourse these are only my own opinions as I see them.
1. Why do you think that after almost 1 1/2 years, Northern Dynasty has not signed a JV agreement with us and commited to the 10MM earn-in, and recently returned Bonanza Hills to us, then with 60 days notice, decided not to follow through and sign the definitive JV yet, and tacked on all fees/assessment on top of our 3MM creditor's default loan (effective upping our "loan" to almost 4MM with interest) ?

2. Why has our stock price steadily declined after the A & P lawsuit settlement? Why, when you read our quarterly filings, did LBSR have several other legal matters pending for broken leases etc ?

3. Why with the recent transfers of land and or so called acquisitions, has the company not been clear about how these properties were acquired, what the exact acquisition deal percentages are, and or what PRICE we are paying to have participation in these ?

4. Why with the latest SRK report of the "Southern Land Claims" do we still not have any idea of what the "Southern Land Claims"
even are?

5. Why would the company need a 100K dollar bridge loan from Sagebrush Gold while we await the LOI to become a JV with the formation of "newco" and give Sage 5MM shares for that 100K bridge at .02 per share? (thus effectively dropping our .038 per share stock to a level of .02 now)

6. Why have we not heard a single thing about the trips to Abu Dhabi, and or China except for "the boys did a fine job" (now that is paraphrased)

7. Why have we not heard "ANYTHING AT ALL" about Chuck Vollmer except some NR that he was appointed to the BOD's including "why was Chuck Vollmer appointed to the BOD'" ???

8. Why have we not had one word from the company in regard to Bonanza Hills?

9. Why did Roman Friedrich leave McNicoll, Lewis & Vlak and thus end our relationship with them since he was "our contact" there?

10. Why was Larry Liang appointed as President of the company and we don't really even know who he is except that he speaks a couple of different dialects of Chinese and also works as a real-estate agent in the Southern Arizona area?

11. Why did Eduardo Othon leave the company right now if exciting things are about to happen ?
Answer: Because Eduardo Othon is NOT a moron.
As you can see S4, it clears things up quite nicely, once we accept Ockham's razor as the proper filter to your questions.
As for everything else....if 6 more months go by, and nothing amounts to anything ie SAGE/THIRD PARTY OFFER etc..it's a pretty safe foregone conclusion; that this is worth less than zero...no point in clinging on to a loser stock.
Although I think a 3 month window would suffice at this point.
