IMO in either case of reverse merger or compelte acquisition
scenario, the share structure will remain mostly unchanged. The
only way we will see a reverse split is if it means the difference
of trading on OTCBB or AMEX (or some other higher exchange).

The share structure appears more grim than it really is. Insiders
own at least 1.2 billion shares. We know that by the most recent
10Q filing.

I do not think there will be a reverse split to make the stock
more attractive. If it does happen, it will be to make the share
structure more managable or to buy out shareholders holding low
amounts of shares or to uptick to a higher exchange.

Also, a RS will not happen without amazing news in this case. So
it will not be a bad thing if it does happen.
