Hi Everyone,
For our new subscribers, Welcome!

Over the week end we sent out a couple of emails talking about the current status of the stock. We explained the short-selling situation and displayed charts comparing AMWI and 'lexg'

In this newsletter we will outline all the facts released by AMWI through their recent PRs and you will understand why it could be in an even better position than 'lexg'.

AMWI acquired Instant Website Technologies to compete in the Cloud Business

The industry is so hot that all the big players are agressively fighting for a piece of it. Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Google and many others all have Cloud initiatives they are working on.

Virtualization software for a cloud service market forecasts indicate that markets at $5.8 billion in 2010 are anticipated to reach $16 billion by 2017. This is in addition to a June 22, 2010 study, which stated cloud services revenue is forecast to reach $68.3 billion in 2010, which is a 16.6% percent increase from 2009 revenue of $58.6 billion, according to Gartner, Inc.

The industry is poised for strong growth through 2014, when worldwide cloud services revenue is projected to reach $148.8 billion. "We are seeing an acceleration of adoption of cloud computing and cloud services among enterprises and an explosion of supply-side activity as technology providers maneuver to exploit the growing commercial opportunity," said Ben Pring, research vice president at Gartner. "The scale of application deployments is growing; multi-thousand seat deals are increasingly common. IT managers are thinking strategically about cloud service deployments; more-progressive enterprises are thinking through what their IT operations will look like in a world of increasing cloud service leverage. This was highly unusual a year ago."

AMWI just acquired Zipclik Technologies

Zipclik Technologies is a 256 AES encryption software for Skype, AIM, Yahoo IM, Meebo, Trillian, and other Voice Over Internet, Messaging, Instant messaging and Internet file transfer Protocols ("VOIP") Software.

The software works by providing a 256 AES key encryption at the time a conversation message or file transfer starts. In addition, exponential coverage occurs when the recipient of the data stream utilizes Zipclik on the opposite side of the transmission making the code virtually "unbreakable" or hackable.

Even with just 15% of Skype's more that 600 million users Amwest would book more than 5.94 Billion Dollars in bookable revenue.

Privacy is becoming a huge concern for all of us citizens. It's getting increasingly difficult to maintain private lives and secure our conversations, facebook profiles, chats, etc.

Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook understands the important implications that privacy has for his users and has been working diligently to add new features to the website.

AMWI's technology could in theory also be applied to Facebook to secure communications on its website.

In other important news:

AMWI announced the release of its Zipclik software for iPhone that it hopes will be available through the Apple app store.
AMWI announced that it has completed the development of its iPad and iPod Touch Zipclik applications which it hopes will be available on the Apple app store as well.
AMWI announces the launch of its Zipclik software on RIM's app world store for blackberry users.

AMWI's MyRestaurantWeb .com Announce Major Percentage Gains Over Previous Sales Period

AMWI is pleased to announce a sales increase of more than 500%, by its recently acquired Instant Web Technologies (IWTI), and MyRestaurantWeb . com for the six month period ending June 30, 2011 from the previous year; which has exceeded company insiders' expectations.

MyRestaurantWeb is a competitor of opentable .com, has attributed its explosive growth to the virtually monopolistic marketplace that is nearly dominated by Open Table, and its 20,000 restaurants and 250 million users," stated Amwest CEO Jason Gerteisen.

"In addition, MyRestaurantWeb .com feels their recently launched mobile media marketing platform will give our early stage company the continued growth and competitive advantage needed to become a serious market share contender of companies like Open Table, currently trading at $36 per share, with Forbes Magazine calling for $65 per share this year."

A lot of us who don't buy now could end up regretting it soon. We pride ourselves in giving the 99% the edge that we deserve, and this could be the perfect example right now.

We will do our best to continue profiling AMWI through the end of the year to keep our members posted on any latest development and news.

We really want everyone to have a great holiday season, and we do not want anyone to have any regrets for not jumping on this opportunity. AMWI has grown over 600% since our initial alert. We believe we can still see amazing things from AMWI, will you treat yourself to some extra holiday cheer?

AMWI is our early christmas gift to you and you can do the same for your friends and family by sharing it with them!

Happy Trading!
