can anyone here tell me about Mr. Anthony Miller?

it seems he's now bought a shell in $AVOP and is going to put his other company, AM Oil Resources and Technology, back on the market. when i go to the company's website financial page: http://www.amoilresources.com/financials/ - it takes me to the filings for this company. I thought that Mr. Miller wasn't associated with $MDCE anymore, or at least since 2009 as per edgar filings: http://sixer.brand.edgar-online.com/PeopleFilingResults.aspx?PersonID=3153351&PersonName=ANTHONY%20K.%20MILLER

i apologize if this isn't exactly on topic, but this may be a warning to others that have money invested in $MDCE. this Mr. Miller seems like a real shady character.
