problem is i can't find anything on alpha trade except for their website, which according to the website, their last filing was for a chapter 11 bankruptcy.

on the company website, it provides you with a link to their "historical" financials with it was public.

although if you look, this is $MDCE financials, which Mr. Miller is also involved with.

this does not look good, this stock may jump a little with high volume that this new oil company may be good. when it does, i'm out. this Mr. Miller obviously knows how to run a company in the ground. the only thing that doesn't jive is why the previous CEO to AV1 Group sold out.
