On Oct25, the Presiding Judge gave Cyndi Rusnak (and Spencer Markle) a 60-day extension (Post 49380). Why would anyone expect Rusnak to notify the Harris County court (jointly with Spencer Markle) that the settlement has been finalized any sooner than she has to?

I fully expect the court to be notified by Rusnak (jointly with Markle), prior to the 60-day extension expiring.

I just don't care, nor think it matters, whether it happens before Dec15 or after Dec15.

Given the 8K and the Press Releases, notifying the court is a formality that I fully expect (IMHO) to occur prior to the extension expiring.

I just find it "curious" that others are making such big deal about it.
