I will attempt once again to provide answers to questions asked here about the company and the allegations made!

In response to post #36301 from Chili Palmer which said:"I agree but SLBrown has changed his name many times." I will honestly tell you I have only changed my name once and explained in detail as to why. The fact is I changed my name because I had to due to the fact that ADVFN had to correct an error with my account, so as to get me properly affiliated with iHub. I was informed that I would have to change my name and password due to the fact that my other account would be deleted under that name and it could not be allowed to be used under a new account. You can verify that with Erwin at ADVFN if you need to. Then I made it perfectly clear what my new name was and added a note to the bottom of every post for a long time of who I am posting as(slbrown) and that is the TRUTH!

What I really saw on my trip I won to review CGAQ was an incident that was handled by Mr. Swank regarding a game being played in his casino and most casinos in the Caribbean at the time my wife and I visited.

This game scammed us while visiting his casino and I addressed it with Mr. Swank and provided him with information regarding this game that was operating inside his casino via an agreement between the two parties where CGAQ would get a percentage of the winnings. I want to make it very clear that it was not CGAQ operating this game, but rather a contracted vendor to operate inside his casino. I also made him aware of the fact that government officials were cracking down on this progressive type roulette game where the odds of winning were completely impossible. In the end Mr. Swank handled the situation fairly in where we were eventually reimbursed for our losses, because as I explained to Mr. Swank it would be in his best interest to reimburse our losses otherwise this event would be included in my review which would be unfortunate as it would overshadow the rest of the good review which would be mostly ignored by the investors after hearing about this event. Mr. Swank did evict the contracted vendor behind this operation as soon as I made him aware of the situation. You can google this progressive style roulette game and find out more about this game that scams unsuspecting vacationers like us. Luckily we were able to eventually resolve our bad experience, whereas others suffered the consequences of playing this game and many complaints were filed with the various tourism boards to get these games shut down.

The reason I never mentioned it before was because as I said it would have distracted from everything else that we witnessed there, which was very good. This unfortunate incident happened the first night we arrived and ever since that incident, we visited the casino many times and had a great time! We interacted with Mr. Swank and Roberto many times and saw first hand everything behind the scenes of how their business operated. Some was not shared, as it would have been considered inside information, which we clearly understood. You all witnessed us a couple times playing roulette live and having a great time. You also saw all the great pictures we posted on the CGAQ FB page of us enjoying ourselves. I mean it was an unfortunate situation, but it was eventually resolved by Mr. Swank. End of Story - Period!

In my opinion this was handled the best way possible for all involved, including the investors, because it wouldn’t have fairly depicted CGAQ’s true operations, which was what I was suppose to report on and not this one time incident caused by an outside vendor. If some folks want to make this into something more than what it really was is entirely their prerogative, but it would not serve any real purpose.

I completely understand the frustration with much of what has not happened in regards to these deals that Mr. Swank was working on. I also understand and many times complained myself about this dilution situation. Yes it is damn frustrating to us shareholders as these deals do not happen, but it is not from the lack of trying on the part of Mr. Swank. I saw first hand how doing business in the DR is really different from doing business here in the states. The DR moves ever so slowly and things get so caught up in fighting with the government down there in regards to any business dealings. All you have to do is spend some time researching it and you will see for yourselves what I am saying about doing business in the DR.

What I do not agree with, in my opinion, is how this is being handled. Fine, you have legitimate reasons for being mad and upset, but this is just plain wrong. It would be another whole matter if you witnessed a scamming operation like a pump and dump, but the fact of the matter is that CGAQ is trying hard to make something happen. Unfortunately nothing has happened within the time frame we all expected and many of the PR's were fluff, but it was meant, I think, to try and keep investors positive while trying to come through with one of these big deals that they have been working on.

I also think Mr. Swank seems to have too many stokers in the fire at once and thus making it hard to concentrate as needed for those projects already in the works. Mr. Swank wants so bad to be a big player and continues to explore every possibility and certainly does not lack the ambition to try and get something done. He too gets impatient with how slow things move in the DR and thus is looking outside the DR for better opportunities, while he awaits on what the DR govt decides regarding the racetrack.

I think they do have a good shot at getting the racetrack deal! Why? Because he has shown that he can pull off things like these fights and which really helps promote the DR and I think that will go a long way when they make their final decision. I absolutely think Mr. Swank felt the same and though they did not make money on these fights, it sure went a long way in helping them to secure the racetrack and other deals with the DR govt down the road.

Any time you play with these pink sheets or bulletin board stocks you are taking a huge risk and nobody is more to blame than ones self if they over invested here. Ever hear of the old saying "Never invest more than you can afford to lose". Well that applies here and we are all taking a risk betting on that something will happen to increase our worth, but we have to be prepared for the worst too, just in case.

Cheers to all this holiday season and may God Bless You all, each and every one of you!
