iHub Apps for iOS and Android

I guess it isn't just me- same problem here. It just stopped working. Ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling on the phone/pad, also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it with a sync with iTunes after a fresh download onto iTunes. Not sure what else to try

Question for iDevice users:
I have been using the iHub app on my iPhone 4, and iPad 2 for quite some time now, pretty much since it was unveiled. One of the features that I like about it is that whenever someone replies to one of my messages, or sends me a PM- I get a little pop-up, and chime sound on the devices (whether the app is opened or not) it's been working great, on both devices since I installed the App. Now for some reason I no longer get them, on either device- it started happening last Monday or Tuesday (I think). If it was specific to just one of the devices' settings I would believe I must have changed something on it, but because it's happening on both devices I have to think it's related to the app itself or some setting on iHub. I don't know what I may have inadvertently changed or turned off, and I don't remember having to turn anything on either to activate back when I installed the app originally. Does anyone else use the apps and have this happening? Is anyone else using the apps currently getting the pop up alerts I am referring to? I would like to change whatever setting I may have changed back to how it was?
