If that were the case then titans like IBM,GE,INTC,MSFT,etc.
all of whom are loaded with $$$$$$$$$ have solid earnings...etc. would command a high multiple.....NOT THE CASE....all are 15 or below and it is because they are MATURE and GROWTH RATES are not even close to a startup with great promise.
YOUNG fast growing companies with promise of great sales and earnings IN THE FUTURE command high multiples.
