I agree Tapout owns MusclePharm Sportswear. This was promoted as a licensing agreement, MSLP should receive a fixed fee, a fixed fee plus a percentage of sales, or a larger percentage of sales. We would like to know the details but Companies rarely reveal details and I don't expect MSLP to reveal contract details. If Tapout is doing all the work then expect Tapout to get the lions share of the profit.
