ICPA 50% o/s restricted shares by mngt.
If I recalled right according to last report, ICPA insiders controll 50% or more of the o/s shares!

All my management team and majority shareholder are not going anywhere. Also pasted from samblis that was sent to public.


Does the company have a management with the skill set to follow through with the vision and make it happen.
If these are all green lights and you can understand what the company does then it may warrant an investment.
You don't look at book value or EPS. IPOs and stocks like ours trade based peoples perception of future value.

For us the growth phase had been longer because we did not raise 10 million dollars.
Instead we self funded. Some shares where issued to bring in funding and other shares where given to board members and employes that where willing to forgo any income because
they believed so much in what we are doing.



Which would mean there is about 35 to 36 millions free trading shares out there! We, a bunch of us have about 25 millions or so in safe strong hands!! Which IMO, only about 10 million or less in free trading shares out there, and believe the majoity of the rest of the free shares is held besides us is also waiting for penny land!

Just look at ICPA as a whole, what would be your assessment of ICPA as a product! Could a major corporation might want to gobble up ICPA along with its trademark! IMO a whole lot more than .14 a share as noted by bloomberg for ICPA market cap of .14 a share for net worth value of the stock!

Will PASTE A FEW, TODAY THAT I POSTED yesterday ON OTHER BOARDS TO THIS BOARD!!
IMO! Buy some shares at these low prices at .002 or higher! And make some money short or long term, only ask one thing though, if you get alot of shares, please sell in small batches over time so the majority controll the price , not the few non-serious investors!
