1. Extend closing date by a week or two(very short leash)
2.They are expecting to close well before end of month. (in reach)
3.Within the (Next Week)they will have a better idea when the deal will closed and will tell us the minute it happens (commitment)
I look for another e-mail next week telling us the closing date but if that one pushes us back another month or two I will be concerned then.
This last e-mail is to me encouraging .
This e-mail we got is the only one we ever got that I like :):)
