Sino Agro Food Seeks Three Additiona Independent Members To Board

(RTTNews) - China-based Sino Agro Food Inc. (SIAF.PK), Friday said the board has established a search committee to nominate three additional independent directors. The company expects to appoint those directors by June 30, 2012.

The company also plans to establish three major board committees, including an Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and a Corporate Development Committee, all of which will be chaired by independent board members.
