Again, AFAICS you have offered not one shred of actual evidence that in any way supports you contention that Kim "misled" investors. If you read something that isn't there into something that's said, if anyone is misleading anyone, you are misleading yourself. I have yet to see you post a quote that actually says what you are maintaining was said. (And saying the "we hope to by the end of the year" does NOT mean "we WILL by the end of the year" (Listen to or read the "forward looking statements"! They are there for a good reason.

One thing you need to consider, IMHO, is that this is something that has never been done before! It is therefore almost inevitable that during the process of commercialization, a number of issues/problems will come up that were not expected or anticipated. (It is, in fact, expected that such unexpected issues/problems will arise!) That's just part of the process, it happens all the time for every company that does high technology. If you have difficulty dealing with that, you might want to consider investing in other areas with greater predictability.
