RIGH KEY COMPONENT IN AN ILLEGAL TRADING SCAM...

FT. LAUDERDALE (CN) [December 6, 2011 (correction)] - Joseph Elkind... [recently filed a legal complaint against defendants] 2 Waves LLC, Randolph Schneider, and Steven Aaron White [collectively, "White & Schneider"] in Broward County Court [State of Florida]. Elkind claims: "White & Schneider represented to Elkind that they were representatives of the 'Country of Dominica' and had the authority and ability to obtain [an] Internet casino license for Elkind." [The complaint, now on record with the Brower County Court, further alleges that plaintiff] Elkind... wired [defendants White & Schneider] $400,000.00: $50,000.00 for the casino license and [$350,000.00] for "other joint business ventures [e.g., RIGH stock holdings] with White & Schneider." [Plaintiff Elkind alleges defendants White & Schneider] put his money into their alter ego company, 2 Waves, LLC. "Thereafter, [defendants] White & Schneider began to utilize Elkind's [$400,000.00] for their own personal use, purchasing a Mercedes... and other personal items." The complaint [asserts that] "[t]he trust that Elkind placed in White & Schneider was exhibited by Elkind making an additional $30,000.00 personal loan to [defendant Steven A. White]." When [plaintiff Elkind] "discovered that in fact there was no casino license from the 'Country of Dominica' and that [defendants] White & Schneider were spending the money on themselves... too late," Elkind says. He "approached and confronted [defendants White & Schneider] through [his legal counsel]." Elkind claims: "[Defendant] White readily admitted his wrongdoing, along with [the wrongdoing of] his partner [defendant] Schneider." [H]owever, [defendant] Schneider - contrary to [defendant] White's statements - continually denied any involvement with the unauthorized use of Elkind's money.

[The complaint of record purports:] "Schneider continually denied any involvement in the wrongful use of Elkind's money. [Defendant Schneider]... as a showing of good faith [gave] Elkind fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) towards the money that Elkind had 'lost.' In addition, [Schneider] told [Elkind] that [Schneider] had a 'business opportunity' whereby [Elkind] could make the money back that had been wrongfully used by [defendant White]." The "business opportunity" was "in a public company called RightSmile, LLC," according to the complaint, and [the 'business opportunity'] was offered to [both plaintiff Elkind] and co-plaintiff [Peter Langone].

The filed complaint states: "Elkind and Langone were suppose[d] to receive 756,500 shares of RightSmile for the transfer of [plaintiffs'] office/studio lease agreement and digital, computer, and recording equipment, worth between $450,000.00 and $1,000,000.00, [along with] ownership in [plaintiffs'] company Global Branding LLC, [to be collectively transferred to defendant Schneider in exchange for the RIGH stock shares]. Unbeknownst to Elkind and Langone, the value of the [756,500] RightSmile shares, as represented to them by... defendant Schneider, "was worth far less than the lease/agreement, equipment, and their company Global." [Indeed, according to the 100-day SMA, 756,500 shares of RightSmile stock (RIGH) would be worth a scant total of about $167.00 (USD).] "[However, defendant Schneider's legal agent] made representations [to Elkind and Langone] that the news of the transfer of the office/studio lease agreement and equipment deal would cause the stock price of RightSmile to increase 'significantly' and allow Elkind to recoup his losses from [defendant White's] fraudulent deal, through the sale of [Elkind's] free trading stock in RightSmile."

Elkind claims... [Schneider and Schneider's legal agent, Mr. Matthew Dwyer] took [Elkind] to [Schneider's] lawyer who "prepared the complex stock exchange agreements [on behalf of defendant Schneider]," and "represented to [plaintiff Elkind] that these agreements were beneficial for all involved." [Elkind further] claims: "The 'business opportunity' that Schneider [and his legal agents] presented to Elkind and Langone has all the trappings of a typical public shell game [designed] to grab valuable asset[s] of Elkind and Langone and give them worthless [RightSmile] stock in return. Elkind and Langone have since discovered other victims of the [scam by White & Schneider to use] valueless stock [e.g., RIGH]... traded for valuable assets... [who have also] lost considerable sums of money to [defendants White & Schneider]."

[Plaintiffs] Elkind and Langone say they were defrauded [via, inter alia, the exchange of all but worthless RightSmile stock in an amount] more than $400,000.00. They want it back. [David Goldstein, Esq., of Coral Gables, represents plaintiffs Elkind and Langone].

The above article demonstrates - among other disturbing facts - (1) the extreme lack of value in RIGH stock, (2) the type of folks (i.e., criminals) dealing in and using RIGH stock for criminal endeavors, and (3) that RIGH attracts such criminals.
