Look at that stamp closely. It is 2 stamps the 1st which reads One-Stop West with the 2012 date was super imposed onto the original document copy.
Look .. It is so easy to see. lol
Look at the fonts and text size.
A simple call to Broward County will show the felonious alteration of this legal document.
The document is real.

Whoever posted altered the document in attmpts to make it look like a fake is on the hook for some potential serious problems,
I guess they still feel this is a game.

So now you are going claim someone posted an altered document to the website you and a couple others are posting as a reliable source in bashing this company.

Open the document at the end of the article (After last sentence of the last paragraph)...It looks like a paper icon. Open that and look at all the illegal errors on the document.
