They are not withholding anything, The official public PR was on friday. And since this is a public traded company it is a prerequisite to filing with the court. So if the PR was released on Friday, and the courts are closed on weekends. Where does that give them time to withhold it.

It sounds like its everyone first investment and they don`t know how much time these things take.. The judge gave 60 days cause out of experience he said it would take just about that long.. Now that the PR is out they can file it with the court
