Ah, but I think it does a few things and raises a few questions....

A. That this went down in this manner, IMO, gives the appearance that they executed this in such a manner that was not, from the get go, as forthcoming as some may would prefer.

B. It would seem that they saw we figured this out and it appears that as a result... someone took steps to remove the information raised suspicion. If nothing was wrong, why did something need to happen to cover it up? Perhaps nothing is wrong with it, but then why try to hide it?

C. It also bring into question the Carriage issuance and the details of that and the other issuances outlined in the S-1. The Carriage issuance is of the most interest to me... as it seems that AFTER the fact that they already bought X shares, they were given double the amount of shares? Am I understanding this correctly. Someone bought shares (at a discount to begin with)... it went down in value... so the company just gave them more? I would like that same deal, but is that really what happened?

D. Other than SouthRidge... who are these other companies? My interest in these companies have peaked, as there appears to be something odd going on, IMO.

E. OK, well, perhaps Citigroup did do that, but were the stocks you could purchased diluted stocks? Were stock payments detailed in the financials? Did you have to set up an LLC to transfer these equities?

F. Is MusclePharm Sportswear a different company than MusclePharm? It sure looks like it (http://www.scsos.com/index.asp?n=18&p=4&s=18&corporateid=614552) Does that mean that on the musclepharm website.... all of the apparel sales does not come back to the revenue for MSLP? Who owns the website? According to Whois... Musclepharm does. Does this mean that the MP brand is what sells and the T-Shirts being sold with OUR brand is being funneled to an LLC? On OUR website? I don't see Musclepharm Sportswear as part of the financials? Do they pay MSLP? It just seems messed up to me.
