As far as the SEC talk that is going on, I don't think PIHN can be proven to having done anything illegal as of yet. Suppose there really is a valuable acquisition at our doorstep. Should this be the time to start alerting the SEC about what we 'think' may be happening and cause an investigation to further delay the 'phantom' (or not) acquisition? There will be plenty of time for that in the months to come. Just my opinion folks.
