don't accuse me of voting against dave, that is not cool, on the other hand, i can't fret if "management" somehow makes money out of a patent that should have made us all 10 x + richer, the point is does anyone really believe dave wants to destroy the company, at this point its pretty clear that is not the case, i don't believe for a minute that this is some charade exit strategy, i love conspiracys, but this battle between desmond + drago vs dave is real, on the other hand its not like (stupidly) agonizing which side to choose in world war II, people that accept daves loss are not like the french prostitutes, dave is a man very capible of fighting the sob's we'll have to wait and see what he does, but at this point time is not in his favor, the vote is fairly balanced, but dewine may be calling like you say i really don't know, that new data makes me think that i went off half cocked calling the outcome, but drago has greatly weakened his hand if he plans on a double cross and would be filing an action w/ the court if this was an out and out lie on clyw's part.
