I've been pulling teeth with Scottrade. I emailed them why I can't trade THRA their reply was their is a global lock. I replied saying other companies are on a trade for trade basis, why are they not allowing that? And their reply was because the trading agent isn't allowing trades, I replied why is your trading agent not allowing trades.....and they gave up on me
