The company is a patent..period.

You can whine all you want about the past, but there are several key players in the telecom space that recognize how valuable this IP is, and will be.

I do agree the company needs to bring more tech savvy people on board, not an overzealous litigious individual that continues to nip at the heels of mgmt while they try to turn the company around.
