Slojab, Billie King owned this shell several years ago as Monogram Energy and has an office at the location you posted. He bought the shell company from Blue Fish Clothing when they went bankrupt. There are still sites that will show MGRN as Blue Fish Clothing. I guess they don't update there sites very often. I went through this 3 yrs ago with people arguing about that location being a residence with offices in it. I have owned shares of MGRN for over 3 yrs and it goes from clothing to oil to gold, who knows what it will be next.
