I just called SavWatt and asked if they had any low voltage LED bulbs for sale and the receptionist said she would have to transfer me to a sales associate but before she could .. she would need my name (first and last) and my phone number in case we get disconnected. I told her I was just calling to see if they had any low voltage LED's for sale and that I didn't feel it necessary to divulge any personal information in order to get my answer.
She told me that without a first and last name she wouldn't be able to transfer me.
This kind of sales behavior is ridiculous to the consumer who call to purchase products. IMO
