This CEO has NOT followed through with ANYTHING. End of Story. There is nothing here but very LOW volume days with little to NO bid support and HUGE spreads. Always some suckers that will pay the ASK and yet the bid is ALL THEIR SHARES are worth though. Great trading strategy lol.
