Hi jack -

My concern arises most recently from the statement you made in your post: "pown owns stan lee name and brand."

Well if that is true, does it seriously mean that POWN owns the revenue stream from ANY idea Stan comes up with and transfers to ANY other company? That's what I thought when I bought my shares.

I am beginning to worry that Stan is making deals recently where he personally and directly receives the money these days and NOT POWN. If that is happening then to me POWN and its stockholders may be the victims of a financial fraud, especially if your statement above is true!

How do I assure myself that Stan is NOT in fact free-lancing and lining his own pockets when POWN is supposed to get the money and not him? This is becoming a big, big issue for me right now. Anything you can do to assure me beyond a reasonable doubt that this is not happening would be appreciated.
