Oh and to the letter of good standing. We were to get something to that effect in October you know when you anounced we were. Now in December we are supposed to close the deal according once again to information supplied to us from you. So that is why I am hardlining this. Listen up folks. We have been strung along for some time now. If there is no track then this company is destined for failure IMO. CGAQ said the winning bidder was to be announced in December period. If we don't get any news saying we got it and the DR does in fact award the winning bid as advertised then... Not hard to figure out we did not get it. Not saying we haven't but be warned. No track this month means no track.

Toshiba I have been trying to stay positive. That is why I got off of this board for a while. I know a lot about what has been happening and this is it. Deal or no deal. Not trying to be negative, just saying I am done waiting. The money that has sat in this stock has probably cost me a few hundred grand off of what I could have made doing low percentage blue chip gains. So I am in fact losing and have been losing for some time. I know I would be just as good ordering my shares on paper and burning them but then my presence would not be felt by Swank and co.
