Intel's Success in Court

You think having an extension granted is "winning one in front of the Court"????

To the judge this is a sure sign of weakness. Put yourself in his position. They don't attack the pleadings or provide an answer - why not?

As to your other points:

Seriously I can't help but laugh at your comment "Intel on the other hand, can use the three stooges to win this one". Hmmm, Intel has $16bn in the bank and it purposely chooses a lightweight??? This has to be the most ridiculous argument I have ever heard. I suggest you forward it to Gartner!

Its my suggestion that there are a lot of legal firms in the top ten of antitrust law that wouldn't touch this. Mr Horowitz, lead attorney, is just a local boy to make appearances for the inhouse staff at Intel.

Perry Mason eh? You mean the TV show that violated all the rules of discovery and the Evidence Code. I hope not.
