I don't know the exact reason. Joby has said that L2 is usually not accurate after-hours because the MM's have left and shutdown for the night and let the computers "park" it at any price till they reset the bid and asks in the morning. It's happened almost everyday for the past few days. 0.018 @ 9:20AM, then lowered to 0.016 by 9:31AM, and then jumps back up to 0.018 at the close.
