diddy:
I believe a Cdex pper might point out the following:
UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ...
Revenues of Ahura Scientific totaled $45 million in 2009. ..... There are various lawsuits and claims pending against the company involving product liability
I find this to be intriguing, considering the lobbyist and Federal Grant Money they get.
Cdex, as I mentioned earlier, may be a"leading developer" without "various lawsuits and claims pending against the company.
Thermo Fisher acquires Ahura Scientific for $145M, so how does this effect Cdex?
"Tex Pat, LLC v. Thermo Fisher S"
Looks like lawsuits were filed quite often against Ahura Scientific, and now Thermo Fisher.
Cdex looks clean compared Ahura/Thermo, imo.
