This is the way I see it. Why does it always come down to the last day? Congress has a decision to make and has a deadline before gov 'shutdown' whatever that means. The 'Super Committee' did everything we expected them to do...NOTHING....If it comes down to the last day..nothing is going to happen. It really is that simple.
