Here's what I got:

1) Through Adeptra relationship, they've inked a worldwide top five bank for Validsoft authentication. This bank has 14000 branches and over 100 million customers. Revenue will be transaction, volume and contract duration based.

2) They are hoping to sign first Validsoft authentication deal in North America this month.

3) Patents pending for Validsoft authentication. Patent not on cross referencing authentication and cell location, but on components thereof that make anyone else getting desired privacy seal virtually impossible.

4) They have just migrated a Spanish MVNO to ETAK.

5) With this Spanish migration, total managed SIMMs are now one million.

5) Using $1 revenue per month per SIMM is still appropriate.

7) They are looking to double ETAK MVNE footprint from 4 to 8 markets in 2012. Ultimately, each market is expected to yield $30mil in revenue.

8) they will ring closing bell on NYSE on the 13th. (Next tuesday, ...more ETAK stock advertising.)

9) Positive EBITDA when? Looking for sometime in 2012 based on signed agreements, but to date contracts look to cut current cash burn rate in half.
