I am unfortunately only in silverton about once a month or so but I used to live 20 miles south near Purgatory ski resort. I have a small hut in the minnehaha basin right now that I just leave unlocked and my friends that live in Durango use it almost every weekend. I don't own the land though so it could technically be taken down at any time. Once this goes I'll be able to buy the land it lies on that is currently for sale for 400k. All are welcome to the Rake Shack! GO CGFIA!
