Yes, this is getting ugly and I do feel they are just setting it up for another PP. This time for one or both operations. We will again be big time diluted since these deals are almost always done on the low and not the high. I suspect it will happen between Jan. and March. Heck maybe by then we will get 2010 10k, which will not tell us much of anything. Only way big news comes out is once the new investors are in place so they can flip the stock for a quick 100-500% gain.
