Really? As they say, if the shoe fits ...

Personally, I think he is evil.

1. morally wrong or bad; immoral; wicked: evil deeds; an evil life.
Refuses to pay elderly, disabled veterans monies determined by the courts to be owed them.
2. harmful; injurious: evil laws.
Surely the actions cited in these posts, including massive share giveaways to insiders and promoters, are both harmful and injurious to investors.
3. characterized or accompanied by misfortune or suffering; unfortunate; disastrous: to be fallen on evil days.
Ouside investors are surely suffering.
4. due to actual or imputed bad conduct or character: an evil reputation.
Plenty of examples of that, IMHO
5. marked by anger, irritability, irascibility, etc.: He is known for his evil disposition.
I don't think there's much doubt about that, from both the descriptions of him posted here and the actions of his associates.
