from the last pr:

Universal Bioenergy Inc. (Pink Sheets:UBRG), an independent diversified energy company, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Whitesburg Friday Branch Mine LLC as part of its continuing plans for growth and expansion

I could be wrong, but this does not look like a LOI to me.
I took this statement to say that it's a done deal, (hence the "definitive" agreement), but who knows what tomorrow will bring!

No matter, I'm still long on UBRG.
