I think its very telling that the only complaint so far is in the 'stealing' of employees. Despite the DD I imagine Carnagie has done, none of this is about the lack of minerals in the ground.

Worst case is there was a breach of non-compete. It happens every day. Either they will be told to cease these relationships with said contractors or there will be some financial penalty imposed. Both are better than continuing with what appears to be a disfunctional relationship, however the disfunction came about.
