The 40% acquisition of the coal mining investment spurs me to question whether or not another "separate entity" won't be buying another 11% of it to give that "entity ccontrol overthe direction of that company thus making UBRG stockholders' pps subject to the decisions of that "entity". does anyone see a pattern of "conflict of interest" when it comes to the gifting of stock (like the 2% additional shares of NDR to have majority control of tha company) and the benefit to management over stockholder interest? Could anyone else help me in finding out if this is "Kosher" with the SEC? otherwise our PPs will not see over .o3 fora very long time. Check out the 10Q to see just how mayshares ofstok have been exchanged to allow acqisitions and expansions without any real money coming into play. It is amazing that any company would be illing to sell any part ofitself for sotck in UBRG(unless of course thae amount of shares being traded are such that the pps is $.005 per share!) If I could get stock at this price I'd be selling it all day every day at .025 and realizing a gain of 40% per share. When we are speaking of millions and millions of shares that can be sold now at that price to give that kind of profit it could be forever before those of us who ivested by paying real money for are shares could ever see that kind of return or better. Isincerely hope Vince and Solomon have a rabbit stored under one of their hats to allow retail stockholders like us to not get stuck collectively holding a very empty bag. Respectfully...Plantguy
