On the OTCBB / Pinks / Grey market the enforcement of rules / regulations and strict adherence to the letter of the law is, how shall I say it...Not always a priorty.

Remember CMKM? Billions and Billions of shares issues over years and years. Where was the transfer agent on thet scam?

Did you know that a company can be their own transfer agent?

Who is FSNR's transfer agent anyhow?
