So what would the PR say? IMHO first we need the promised shares or it is meaningless, except to Ken and the few who bought BVIG and from the looks of it very few are buying. Second they will need a few more million for a drilling program and that will cause dilution. They then need to pump the property they will drill and create another carrot and stick to bring in suckers, opps I mean buyers. Then once they have the price up then can short and dump again.
