If I'm not mistaken, management is one of the largest debt holders.

This could have many implications, some of which could be bullish.

If a BK were in the cards real soon, I don't know why they recently hired on a CFO at 400k per year.

Smut deserves to be discounted but this is getting ridiculous. I think this is a great opportunity for a Santa rally.

Investors may want to check Pacer as I know Facebook filed suit some time ago for FFN claiming to be the "facebook of sex". Review some filings, there could be updates since I last looked at this name.
