Wow, this stock used to be over a dollar...can't be too surprised with this SS. Looking though some old posts I see you've been around awhile. In one post you mention about a 24 month payment place in 10/09. Both the stocks with Spindler and Koepke have the same termination of merger on 10/3/11. You said NWUC used to have Spindler on the directors list & now it is Koepke. So looks like Koepke has control of the shell and is likely looking for a new company to merge in. Still watching Nevada SOS like a hawk.
