Folks, remember that everything unless documentation and links to viable information is provided, is all an opinion and possible speculation.
Sure Carlos may be telling the truth, then again he or she may not be. We have no idea. You’d be correct in saying he or she hasn’t provided proof, however if he/she called and talked to Kyle, it’s not exactly like he’s or she’s going to be able to provide proof.
High Rider makes good points and has been screaming up and down till he/she’s blue in the face. He/she wants to see the documents for the settlement that the company has indicated is a done deal. I don’t see anything negative about wanting information, while it may appear or imply he/she’s bashing current management, you have to realize he/she’s just looking out for his/her own investment. This is America, we have a right to our own opinions.
Downsideup is merely posting facts. In the several months I’ve been part of this site, honestly I have no idea what side of fence he/she’s on, I can only say that he analyzes all statements to death and from every angle, right, wrong, upside down and forward. Who knows.
Cougar6, states rules and facts…and provides links for those locations, but just like everyone else here there is no way to force the hand of current BOD to provide us shareholders information.
Litton51, despite all the rants and raves, is similar to High Rider, and is less particular on the language use.
So what does all this mean everyone is entiled to an opinion and we all have the right to express it diffrent ways, and it means just that. The character attacks going on today is shocking.
Everything anyone here says, is an opinion, it’s speculated, unless provided proff. There is no way anyone can believe what anyone says on this website unless documentation and proof is provided. Believe Carlos and et all if you want. Who cares, Some of us, like myself find it's interesting to see all argue here purely based on what can only be speculation, as no proof of any converstation can be provided. Really, it's more intersting to see folks get all riled up, on what may only be a fart in the wind.
Based on all that has been said on this site since the announcement of a vote, I couldn’t tell you what I’ll do for real. Vote him out, vote to keep him. I can say that I really don’t have enough information to make an INFORMED decision, short of just believing the BOB’s recommendation. Do I think I’ll get that additional information I need to make a truely informed decision, before I have to submit my votes,… NO. They'll probabbly have discussion at the shareholder meeting right before a live vote, but like most of us, we have to submit the day before.
So, like myself and most of you, you have a 50/50 shot at making the right decision. So, one shareholder to another, just vote what you think, there is a 50% chance you’re gonna be wrong.
