That really is a pretty amazing set of facts. This even gets more unbelievable now as more information is discovered. I have said many times before that I am so glad that Thomas Megas never gave up on this matter. I have grown tired of the ridiculous nonsense posts about what TM failed to do and those even more nonsense posts about the lawsuit against the shareholders as if TM was over in Europe and decided just for the fun it perhaps it would be nice to sue all the shareholders. We know that the law firm had conferences with the regulatory agencies i.e. SEC, DTCC etc. and the firm was directed to file the lawsuit to extinguish the fraudulent shares. Of course that lead to more nonsense posts about the law firm as not being top shelf material. The nonsense posts will go on and on but more and more facts are coming to the forefront. This just keeps getting better and better and what is even more amazing is that so many figured this was totally dead. Many sure wish it was dead and that they would not have to deal with this matter.
