That is not accurate. They purchased their first clinic (McDonald Animal Hospital) in January, 2011. They recently closed on an asset purchase/revenue share agreement with another clinic (Titterington) on November 4.
They have announced several letters of intent which can indicate that negotiations are ongoing with other clinic owners so 12 over the next 2 years may be extremely optimistic but certainly not impossible.
