I guess the fact that Pattin was removed illegally from his position with help from Dave and the fact that Dave has publically admitted to illegally obtaining his position to the BOD, we should expect to see Pattin file suit as well. So yes as dumb as that sounds, some posters on hear think Dave has a leg to stand on. Wait.....let me get it out........hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
