Also, If sewing firms want stock instead of money in a global settlement, should say a lot about ACT's overall technology.



ACT had no intention whatsoever of settling these lawsuits with cash they don't have. The plaintiffs knew that, the Judges knew that and most of all ACT. The contract ACT breached stated "shares" were due and
all should be thankful it was shares as the alternative may have been fatal..

Last year ACT increased their shares 250m (ish) and it didn't effect the share price very much at all.



250MM would be for 11 months in 2011
For 2010 the OS# increased 775 Million shares. You are right, the pps isn't doing much, I wonder why?
