possibly why they are only into it for 18% at this time
the part about picking up the other 49% for 2 mill in 2006 also lends itself to that thinking
however,imho there is much more than meets the eye here and dnap could have more than onereason for doing what they are doing with biofrontera at this time. mergers and acquistions can be very confusing to those on the outside looking in!! like us don't you know!!!lol
