That a PR isn't worth squat without legally recognized action. In this case, an 8K with the formal settlement agreement attached. It has yet to appear. By my accounting, the BOD has four (4) times since last summer issued PRs stating the settlement was done and would be signed within 2/8/18/30/take your pick days. They have lied to us at least that many times. What do you say now?
